Lindgren Family - Carl Herbert Lindgren - page 5

The story is that Carl met Pat at an english tea house restaurant. It must have been in the Los Angeles area. I don't know when they met, except that they must have "hit it off".

They became engaged on a hillside. When Pat said "Yes", Carl stood up and yelled out something like "Pat is going to marry me!"

I found this in the website "Historical Newspapers Birth, Marriage, & Death Announcement, 1851-2003." It was in the Ancestry.com Database. at an unknown date.

It reads:

LINDGREN-CLARKE. Carl H. Lindgren, 27; Helen L. Clarke, 20.
