This is a picture of Carl circa 1920. I am guessing at the date of when it was taken based on how old Margie (the youngest child) looks like. I think she might be around 5 years of age plus or minus 1 year.........

He is a single, white male who is 16 years old. He attends school and can read and write. He was born in California. His parents were both born in Sweden. He speaks English and is not employed.
