Margaret Cornthwaite, Dec'd.{ Admin appointed.
{ August 4, 1883
On application, administration upon the estate of Margaret Cornthwaite, was this day granted unto David Cornthwaite, he having made and filed herein an affidavit that there is not to his knowledge any last will and Testament of said alleged intestate; wherein you said David Cornthwaite appeared in open Court, accepted said trust, and gave bond in the sum of two thousand four hundred dollars, conditioned as the law dictate, with Francis Cornthwaite and Jerald Williams as his sureties, to the acceptance of the Court. It was furthered ordered by the Court that said administrator make an Inventory of the personal estate of said decedent: and that he cause the same to be appraised by the oathe of William Kramer, Jacob H. Shallenbarger and Charlie Krebe, three judicious, disinterested men of the vicinity, who are hereby appointed appraisers herein.
