Nana dear - We haven't done
Half enough for your birthday, eighty one!
We thought and thunk and scratched our hair
But - there wasn't any inspiration there.
You don't like perfume - lace nor candy
You don't need lots of things that are just dandy.
The only help you now could need -
Is [to] turn back the years that speed.
We can't do that by slight of hand
So the next best help is - Disneyland!
When the weathers cool and you feel fit
We'll take you there and pay the chit.
You can start again just like a girl
As down the old Main Street we'll whirl
Relive the days of high old shoes-
Go in a country store and choose
Ride the stream on a river boat
Or go Frontier - style on a billy goat!
We can sit and look and browse awhile
Or be modern and travel rocket style
We want you to go and do what's fun
And say it was good when the day is done.-
